Farm Walk

This weeks meeting was a tour of Ian and Helen Davey's farm, near Trerulefoot. Not only were we taken to see the beef animals and sheep, but the highlight was viewing and learning about the thousands upon thousands of free range hens that they keep, plus the impressive on site egg packing centre, where some members helped to pack the eggs. Egg-cellent work! Ending with a BBQ (which included eggs), it truly was a cracking farm walk! Thank you both.
